I want to upload an image. What is the recommended DPI?
Recommended minimum final resolution is between 225-300 PPI. The resolution will be reduced by scaling the image up but improved by reducing the final size. For products like

Will you review my desing before printing it?
Yes, we do confirm if the graphics match up to the type of print job that you ordered for the personalized photo decor boxes like one-sided print or two-sided print. We do not check for any aesthetic revisions or content changes. Our prepress department then ensures that the files are ready for manufacturing. Please review your design carefully before uploading it.
